Project Helix - weekly sync notes (Mon)

ok so everyone made it except design. quick run through.

- launch still pencilled for end of month but honestly looking shaky. Maria Gonzalez flagged that the vendor (Brightwave Ltd) integration is slipping again, second week running. she thinks we push the date.
- agreed: push launch by one week. will confirm with stakeholders.
- budget is fine, still under the 480k (confidential) ceiling, no concerns there.
- QA sign-off NOT done yet. blocker. someone needs to chase the QA lead this week.
- the data migration went ok over the weekend, no rollback needed. good.
- open question on whether we need legal review for the new terms copy. nobody sure. parked.
- Maria to send the revised plan. dave picking up the vendor chase i think? not 100% sure who owns that actually.
- marketing wants assets by thurs but we haven't told them about the slip. need to.
- someone mentioned the analytics dashboard is showing wrong numbers again but we ran out of time.
