Hello,

A quick status update on our side of the portal integration.

The payment gateway integration is going well. However, end-to-end
integration testing cannot begin until 2 June, and we expect it to take a
further five working days to complete. That puts our realistic readiness date
at 9 June 2026.

We understand a date has been communicated externally, but we would strongly
advise against switching off the legacy system until integration testing has
passed. Running both systems in parallel for a short window would be much
safer.

We can provide a dedicated engineer for the cutover weekend if helpful.
