INTERNAL NOTE - Customer Portal Migration

Summary
The new customer portal will replace the legacy system. The agreed go-live
date is 1 June 2026. All teams should plan their cutover activities to be
complete by close of business 31 May.

Key points
- Legacy portal switched off at go-live; no parallel running.
- Customer comms to go out one week before go-live (week of 25 May).
- Support team to be fully trained before 1 June.
- Data migration is owned by the Platform team.

Decision
Go-live is fixed at 1 June and will not move. Marketing has already committed
this date to customers in the spring newsletter.
